Spike's Travels, Part 1

Here's the WW1 Flying Ace's brother Spike, drawing up a map in the sand so he can travel to his brother's new home.  But the wind blows away his drawing in the sand before he can read it... Oops!

I forgot how often the wind blows here in the desert. Good thing I've got a plan B.
