Step 1: Find some scissors, a gift wrap tube, and a roll of duct tape (in whatever color you decide).
Step 2: Cut some tape and wrap it around the tube. Wrap it any way you want, or follow the pictures below.
Step 3: Now you have your staff! Give it a spin and have fun!
