Chicken Fun Factoids

Me:  Hey, Francis!  Summer went by fast, didn't it?

Francis:  I'll say!  But it was great!  Ephraim University's poetry club-  I mean class, has been a blast!

Me:  Oh! Their class is still going on?  I haven't seen a lot of new posts from them.

Francis:  Yeah, that's what happens in the summer.  Most kids just aren't good with taking notes on summer vacation.  But school is starting up again, so that'll change quick!

Me:  Good!  ...By the way, I've got some Chicken factoids for our brains before school starts!

Francis:  Ooh!  Chicken factoids! Where did you find THOSE?

Me:  I got 'em from a restaurant this summer.  On one of my road trips!  ...Did you know that a chicken's egg color often depends on the color of the chicken's earlobe?

Francis:  Why, no!  ...Even I didn't know that chickens have earlobes!

Me:  Chickens also have great memories.  AND telescopic eyesight.  AND they outnumber humans 3 to 1!

Francis:  Very interesting!  I must make note of these facts.  They are sure to blow the minds of EVERYONE in P.S. 38!

Francis:  Thank you, Invisible Ring!  ...Looks like we are BOTH factoid monsters now!
